Key Responsibilities :

Program Governance & Delivery :

- Manage end-to-end program tracking across Program Increment (PI) cycles.

- Ensure timely delivery of project milestones and business objectives.

- Monitor program progress, dependencies, risks, and issues.

- Drive governance processes and ensure adherence to project standards.

Change Management & Continuous Improvement :

- Manage Change Requests (CR) and Continuous Improvement (CI) governance processes.

- Coordinate approval workflows and stakeholder sign-offs.

- Track implementation of approved enhancements and changes.

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across programs.

Audit & Compliance :

- Manage TIP/TIR processes and ensure audit readiness.

- Maintain project documentation, governance artifacts, and compliance records.

- Ensure adherence to organizational processes and audit requirements.

Testing & Stakeholder Coordination :

- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities.

- Facilitate communication between business users, SAP teams, and project stakeholders.

- Ensure alignment across functional and technical teams.

- Support defect triage, issue resolution, and release planning.

Risk Management :

- Identify program risks proactively and drive mitigation plans.

- Escalate critical issues to leadership with appropriate recommendations.

- Ensure smooth execution of releases and project deliverables.

Required Skills :

- Strong experience in SAP BW/HANA environments.

- Experience managing enterprise SAP programs and governance activities.

2. Change Request (CR) Management

3. Continuous Improvement (CI)

4. UAT Coordination

5. Risk Management

6. Stakeholder Management

- Strong project tracking and reporting capabilities.

- Experience working with cross-functional business and technology teams.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with SAP S/4HANA transformation programs.

- Exposure to Agile and SAFe methodologies.

- Knowledge of SAP Analytics and Reporting platforms.

- PMP, Agile, Scrum, or SAFe certifications preferred.

- Experience supporting audit and compliance initiatives.

Education :

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

- MBA or Project Management certifications are an added advantage.
