Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Solution Architect with strong expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and a solid understanding of AWS capabilities. The ideal candidate should be able to design scalable, cloud-native marketing solutions by leveraging the strengths of both SFMC and AWS services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and architect enterprise-grade solutions using Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) and AWS.

- Define scalable integration architectures between SFMC and AWS services.

- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to understand requirements and recommend optimal solution designs.

- Lead solution architecture, technical design, and implementation strategy for SFMC projects.

- Design customer engagement, personalization, and marketing automation solutions.

- Integrate SFMC with third-party applications, APIs, and enterprise platforms.

- Ensure solution scalability, security, performance, and best practices.

- Provide technical leadership, architecture governance, and mentoring to development teams.

- Stay updated with the latest Salesforce and AWS capabilities to drive innovation.

Required Skills:

- 10+ years of experience in Software Engineering or Solution Architecture.

- 7+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC).

- 3+ years of experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS).

8. SQL

9. REST & SOAP APIs

- Strong understanding of AWS services and the ability to determine the right service for different architectural use cases.

- Experience designing enterprise integrations between SFMC and cloud platforms.

- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and solution design skills.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with AWS services such as Lambda, S3, API Gateway, EventBridge, SNS/SQS, Step Functions, and serverless architectures.

- Salesforce Marketing Cloud Certifications.

- AWS Solution Architect or Developer Certification.

- Experience with CI/CD, DevOps, and Agile methodologies.

- Knowledge of CRM integrations, customer data platforms (CDP), and marketing analytics.
