Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Workforce Scheduling Consultant to lead and support the implementation, configuration, and optimization of Oracle Workforce Scheduling solutions.

The consultant will partner with HR, Operations, Payroll, and business stakeholders to design and deploy scheduling processes that improve workforce utilization, compliance, and employee experience.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, production deployment, user training, and post-go-live support.

- Manage schedule patterns, shift planning, self-scheduling, schedule publishing, absence integration, and Time & Labor processes.

- Perform quarterly release testing and troubleshoot complex scheduling scenarios.

Requirements :

- 8+ years of Oracle Cloud HCM experience.

- Hands-on implementation experience with Oracle Workforce Scheduling.

- Strong understanding of Time & Labor, Absence Management, and shift scheduling processes.

- Experience with Redwood experience and global deployments.

- Strong stakeholder management, problem-solving, and implementation leadership skills.
