Were Hiring : Solution Architect Centralized Crypto Exchange :

Were building and scaling a high-performance centralized cryptocurrency exchange and are looking for a Solution Architect who understands trading systems, crypto infrastructure, and real-world system limits.

This is a hands-on architecture role for someone who can design low-latency, high-throughput platforms supporting spot, futures, and options trading.

What Youll Do :

- Architect and evolve the end-to-end exchange platform

Design scalable systems for :

- Spot, futures & options trading

- Order management & matching engines

- Market data pipelines & risk systems

- Work closely with trading, backend, frontend, and infra teams

- Identify and solve performance bottlenecks and system limitations

- Support low-latency and HFT-style integrations (C++ systems)

- Define architectural standards, documentation, and best practices

What You Bring :

- Strong experience designing distributed, high-performance systems

- Solid backend expertise with Node.js & NestJS

- Frontend architecture experience with React & Next.js

- Data layer experience with PostgreSQL and MongoDB

- Deep understanding of crypto exchanges & trading systems

Hands-on knowledge of :

- Spot, futures, and options trading

- Market data, order books, and risk management

- Familiarity with C++-based HFT systems and low-latency constraints

- Strong Fintech / Web3-native mindset

Bonus Points :

- Previous experience building or scaling a crypto exchange

- Knowledge of market microstructure

- Experience with real-time, event-driven architectures

- Cloud-native and DevOps exposure
