Responsibilities :

We are seeking an experienced Senior ?A Manual Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a ?A Manual Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and stability of our applications and systems through rigorous manual testing.

Your deep understanding of testing processes, coupled with a proactive mindset, will play a key role in delivering high-quality products.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and business analysts, to ensure seamless delivery of projects.

The candidate should have a solid understanding of trading concepts such as order matching, market depth, and blockchain transactions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Analyze requirements and design effective test strategies

- Perform Functional, Regression, Integration, and Exploratory testing

- Validate order lifecycle, order matching flows, wallet transactions, and crypto trading flows

- Conduct API testing and basic database validation

- Log defects in Jira with appropriate severity and priority

- Participate in sprint planning, release validation, and production testing

- Mentor junior QA members and drive QA best practices within the team

Test Planning G Strategy :

- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scenarios based on project requirements.

- Define testing strategies and processes for functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing.

Test Execution :

- Perform thorough manual testing of web and mobile applications.

- Validate functionality, usability, and performance to ensure optimal user experiences.

- Identify, record, document, and track bugs through bug tracking systems (e.g., JIRA).

- Collaboration C Communications Work closely with development teams during the entire SDLC to ensure high- quality deliverables.

- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies such as daily standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.

- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and team members on testing status, issues, and risks.

Defect Tracking G Reporting :

- Analyse and report bugs with clear steps to reproduce and relevant documentation.

- Collaborate with developers and product teams to resolve defects and verify fixes.

Test Documentation :

- Create and maintain detailed documentation for test results, bugs, and system issues.

- Continuously improve testing processes, tools, and methodologies based on project feedback.

Continuous Improvement :

- Research new tools, technologies, and testing trends to improve the overall testing process.

- Mentor junior testers and share knowledge on testing best practices and techniques.

Skills G ?ualifications :

- Experience : 6-12 years of hands-on manual testing experience across various platforms (web, mobile, APIs).

- Testing Tools : Proficiency in bug tracking tools like JIRA, and test case management tools (e.g., TestRail, Zephyr).

- Methodologies : Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and the SDLC.

- Test Techniques : Experience with test case design techniques like Boundary Value Analysis (BVA), Equivalence Partitioning (EP), and exploratory testing.

- API Testing : Familiarity with API testing using tools like Postman.

- S?L Knowledge : Ability to write basic S?L queries for data validation and back-end testing.
