Role Overview :

As a Dell Boomi Developer, you will be at the center of our integration practice, designing and deploying complex data flows that connect disparate enterprise systems. You will work closely with cross-functional project teams and client stakeholders to translate business requirements into efficient, automated integration processes. Your work will directly influence the operational efficiency of our clients by ensuring seamless data synchronization, real-time API connectivity, and reliable middleware performance across their digital landscape.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop scalable integration processes using the Dell Boomi platform to facilitate seamless data exchange between cloud and on-premise applications.

- Build and manage complex API architectures to support real-time data communication and service-oriented interactions for diverse business units.

- Optimize existing integration workflows by identifying bottlenecks and implementing performance tuning to ensure high availability and data integrity.

- Collaborate with technical architects and business analysts to map data requirements and translate them into robust Boomi integration components.

- Troubleshoot and resolve production integration issues to minimize downtime and maintain consistent service levels for end-users.

- Maintain comprehensive technical documentation for all integration processes to ensure maintainability and knowledge sharing across the development team.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in building end-to-end integration solutions using Dell Boomi, including process design, mapping, and deployment.

- Strong proficiency in handling data formats such as XML and JSON, alongside deep experience in writing complex SQL queries for database interactions.

- Proven ability to design and consume REST and SOAP Webservices to enable secure and efficient API-led connectivity.

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical integration challenges to non-technical stakeholders effectively.

- Strong analytical mindset to diagnose integration failures and implement scalable, long-term technical fixes.

- Ability to work independently in a remote or distributed environment, managing multiple project timelines with minimal supervision.

- A Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, supported by 4 - 8 years of hands-on experience in middleware and data integration.
