Job Title : Google Dialogflow Delivery Manager

Experience : 13 to 15 years of relevant experience

Location : Noida / Pune / Bangalore / Gurgaon

Role Overview :

The Google Dialogflow Delivery Manager will be responsible for end-to-end delivery of enterprise-grade conversational AI solutions using Google Dialogflow and CCAI platforms.

The role requires strong delivery ownership, technical depth, stakeholder management, and the ability to balance team leadership with hands-on individual contribution.

Key Responsibilities (KRAs) :

- Own end-to-end delivery of conversational AI projects using Google Dialogflow and CCAI platforms

- Lead development, integration, and production rollout of chatbot, voice bot, and IVR solutions

- Manage multiple Dialogflow/CCAI projects simultaneously and ensure on-time, high-quality delivery

- Act as primary point of contact for stakeholders and ensure alignment with business objectives

- Drive solution planning, estimation, delivery tracking, and risk management

- Provide technical oversight across ADK, playbooks, conversational flows, and integrations

- Troubleshoot complex technical and delivery issues across environments

- Collaborate with architects, developers, QA, and business teams for seamless execution

- Lead, mentor, and manage cross-functional teams while ensuring high performance

- Contribute hands-on to design, development, or troubleshooting when required

- Ensure best practices for scalability, security, and maintainability of conversational solutions

- Oversee documentation, deployment readiness, and post-production support

- Continuously improve delivery processes, quality standards, and team productivity

Required Skills & Competencies:

- Strong hands-on experience with Google Dialogflow and CCAI platforms

- Proven experience delivering 3 to 5 enterprise-scale Dialogflow or CCAI projects

- Deep understanding of conversational AI concepts, NLP, and dialog design

- Strong experience with ADK, playbooks, and conversational flow orchestration

- Hands-on experience with Python and Node.js for fulfillment and integrations

- Experience building and integrating REST APIs and backend services

- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in conversational platforms

- Proven team handling and people management experience

- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

- Ability to manage delivery while contributing individually at a technical level

Educational Qualifications:

- B.Tech or equivalent qualification
