Delivery Manager :

Location : Chennai | Experience: 17+ years

Must-have skills :

- 12+ years' experience in IT delivery, program/portfolio management, or large-scale project leadership with proven track record managing multiple cross-functional teams.

- Deep domain knowledge of capital markets customer onboarding and related areas (client onboarding lifecycle, KYC/CDD, AML screening, account opening, client data management, digital KYC, e-signature, investor onboarding).

- Strong experience delivering regulated financial services solutions and working with compliance, legal, and risk teams to meet regulatory requirements.

- Solid understanding of end-to-end onboarding integrations: CRM, client data hubs, KYC/AML engines, identity providers, payment rails, custody/clearing systems, and middle/back-office systems.

- Strong delivery skills: portfolio and program planning, release management, dependency and risk management, resource planning, budgeting, and benefits realization.

- Proven ability to manage distributed teams, third-party vendors, and offshore/onshore delivery models.

- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with senior business, compliance, and technology leaders.

- Experience driving Agile/Scaled-Agile (SAFe) or hybrid delivery across multiple streams and enforcing delivery governance.

- Strong technical literacy: architecture trade-offs, API integrations, data flows, databases, message buses (e.g., Kafka), and cloud/hybrid deployment considerations.

- Experience with production support handover, incident management, SLA-driven operations, and continuous improvement.

Good-to-have skills :

- Experience with investor onboarding platforms, capital markets reference data, client lifecycle management (CLM) tools, or CRM solutions used in financial services.
