Role : Delivery Manager (with AI projects)

We are looking for a Delivery Manager with overall 14 to 18 years of experience with strong engineering foundation who has grown into a delivery leadership role.

You will own end-to-end delivery for strategic accounts, primarily working with Global Capability Centers (GCCs) in India, driving engineering excellence, client engagement, and business outcomes.

This is a high-impact, client-facing role requiring a go-getter mindset, strong ownership, and the ability to blend technology with delivery and business leadership.

Must-Have Requirements:

- Started career as a Software Engineer / Developer (Java/.Net) and progressed into Delivery Management.

- 12+ years of experience in engineering and delivery leadership.

- Proven experience managing large delivery programs (50+ engineers).

- Strong experience working with GCC (Global Capability Center) clients in India.

- Solid understanding of modern technology stacks (AI / Cloud / Data / Microservices).

- Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.

- Experience with Retail / BFSI / Technology domains.

- Exposure to any cloud AWS / Azure / GCP ecosystems.

- Experience in digital / cloud transformation programs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own end-to-end delivery across large-scale programs (quality, timelines, and financials).

- Build and manage relationships with senior stakeholders in GCC clients.

- Lead and scale high-performing engineering teams (50200+).

- Drive engineering best practices (Agile, Cloud, Data, Microservices, DevOps).

- Manage risks, escalations, and delivery governance.

- Own account growth, P&L, and revenue forecasting.

- Support pre-sales, solutioning, and proposals.
