Delivery Manager - Agile Methodologies

Description :

The Delivery Manager will be responsible for the successful delivery of industrial automation software projects, ensuring alignment with customer requirements, quality standards, and delivery timelines. The role requires strong coordination between customers, engineering teams, and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities :

Delivery & Project Management :

- Manage end-to-end delivery of industrial automation software projects

- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with high quality

- Track project plans, milestones, risks, and dependencies

- Act as the escalation point for delivery-related issues

Client & Stakeholder Management:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers

- Conduct regular status reviews and progress meetings

- Manage customer expectations and handle change requests

- Ensure high customer satisfaction

Technical Oversight:

- Provide delivery oversight for projects involving WPF, WinForms, C#, .NET

- Understand HMI / SCADA application development and integration

- Coordinate with technical leads on architecture, performance, and quality

- Ensure compliance with technical and coding standards

Team & Resource Management :

- Lead and manage cross-functional teams (developers, testers, leads)

- Plan and manage resource allocation and utilization

- Support hiring and onboarding of team members

- Provide guidance, coaching, and performance feedback

Process & Quality Management :

- Ensure adherence to SDLC and Agile / hybrid delivery methodologies

- Enforce quality processes, documentation, and reviews

- Drive continuous improvement in delivery practices

Financial & Operational Management :

- Track project costs, billing, and delivery efficiency

- Support revenue forecasting and reporting

- Identify and mitigate delivery and operational risks

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Technical Skills :

- Strong experience in industrial automation software delivery

- Hands-on or supervisory exposure to WPF / WinForms, C#, .NET

- Experience with HMI / SCADA systems

- Understanding of PLC integration and industrial protocols

Soft Skills :

- Strong communication and client-facing skills

- Proven leadership and team management abilities

- Strong planning, coordination, and problem-solving skills
