Job Description

Responsibilities :

- Drive fulfillment and staffing for new positions across projects/accounts.

- Identify risks proactively, prepare comprehensive risk lists, and implement effective risk management strategies.

- Handle customer escalations efficiently, aiming for minimal to zero escalations through proactive communication and resolution.

- Provide leadership, mentoring, and strategic guidance to Delivery Managers, Project Managers, and cross-functional project teams.

- Foster team engagement, motivation, and strong leadership across diverse teams.

- Ensure project- and account-level attrition rates remain below or in line with company targets.

- Uphold and drive Delivery Excellence, including adherence to SLAs, KPIs, and continuous process improvement.

- Own responsibility for key delivery metrics including Revenue, Gross Margin, Engineering Utilization, and Client Satisfaction.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring alignment with business goals and expectations.

Requirements :

- Minimum 18+ years of experience in the software industry with a strong background in one or more technology stacks: Open Source/Java, Microsoft, or Automation/Site Reliability Engineering (SRE).

- Proven experience in software product development lifecycles and managing large-scale Agile projects.

- Demonstrated ability to manage and deliver multiple projects concurrently across domains.

- Experience leading teams of 100+ members distributed across geographies and projects/accounts.

- Strong management capabilities, with expertise in project governance, budgeting, and stakeholder engagement.

- Outstanding leadership and people management skills, with a track record of building high-performing teams.

- Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.

- Proficiency in industry-standard project management tools like Jira, MS Project, Asana, etc.

- Sound knowledge of engineering best practices, with the ability to implement and drive process improvements both internally and for clients.

- Ability to take full ownership of delivery responsibilities and lead from the front to ensure consistent delivery excellence.

- Strong client-facing abilities with experience in managing expectations and building long-term customer relationships.
