About the Role :

Techvantage.ai is seeking an experienced Delivery Manager with a strong product mindset to lead the successful execution and delivery of innovative AI-driven solutions.

This role will be responsible for driving end-to-end product delivery, ensuring alignment between business objectives and execution teams, and fostering a culture of operational excellence.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex software product deliveries, leading cross-functional teams, and driving Agile execution in fast-paced, technology-driven environments.

Exposure to AI, Machine Learning, Generative AI, or Data Science initiatives will be a significant advantage.

Key Responsibilities :

- Own and drive end-to-end delivery of product and platform initiatives from planning through production deployment.

- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineering Teams, AI/ML Teams, QA, DevOps, and Leadership stakeholders to ensure successful execution.

- Lead Agile delivery processes including sprint planning, backlog management, release planning, retrospectives, and delivery governance.

- Establish project plans, milestones, dependencies, risk mitigation strategies, and delivery roadmaps.

- Ensure alignment between business goals, product strategy, and engineering execution.

- Monitor delivery progress, track KPIs, identify bottlenecks, and proactively resolve delivery challenges.

- Drive stakeholder communication and provide regular updates on project status, risks, timelines, and deliverables.

- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and ensure effective coordination across multiple teams and workstreams.

- Build and enhance scalable delivery frameworks, operational processes, and governance mechanisms.

- Ensure high standards of quality, performance, scalability, and customer satisfaction across all deliverables.

- Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on delivery excellence, team productivity, and process optimization.

- Manage resource planning, capacity forecasting, and execution priorities across concurrent projects.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 8-12 years of experience in Product Delivery, Program Management, Project Management, or Engineering Delivery roles.

- Strong experience delivering enterprise software products, SaaS platforms, digital transformation initiatives, or technology solutions.

- Proven expertise in Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and modern software delivery methodologies.

- Strong understanding of product development lifecycles and product-led delivery models.

- Experience managing cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, QA, DevOps, and Business functions.

- Excellent stakeholder management skills with experience working directly with senior leadership and business stakeholders.

- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and execution capabilities.

- Experience managing delivery metrics, project governance, risk management, and release planning.

- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution and operational excellence.

Preferred Skills :

- Exposure to Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, or Intelligent Automation projects.

- Experience working with cloud-native platforms and modern technology ecosystems.

- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or other Agile project management tools.

- Experience leading distributed and geographically diverse teams.

- Understanding of product analytics, customer feedback loops, and continuous product improvement frameworks.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- MBA or relevant certifications in Agile, Scrum, Product Management, Program Management, or Project Management will be an added advantage.
