Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end execution of data and analytics projects using Agile/Scrum methodologies. The ideal candidate will manage cross-functional data teams, ensure timely and high-quality delivery, drive stakeholder alignment, and maintain strong governance across data initiatives.

This role requires strong expertise in data engineering, analytics, and agile delivery frameworks and you will play a key role in driving execution excellence, continuous improvement and stakeholder alignment working closely with the project manager.

Key Responsibilities :

a) Delivery & Program Management :

- Own end-to-end delivery of data projects (Data Engineering, BI, Analytics, ML).

- Manage scope, timelines, budget, and quality.

- Develop and track detailed project plans and sprint roadmaps.

- Ensure adherence to delivery governance and reporting standards.

- Identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and blockers.

- Support multi-team coordination for large enterprise data programs.

- Promote transparency, accountability, and strong collaboration across teams.

b) Agile / Scrum Leadership :

- Lead Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives).

- Work closely with Product Owners to manage backlog grooming and prioritization.

- Drive sprint velocity tracking and continuous improvement.

- Ensure Scrum best practices are followed across teams.

c) Stakeholder Management :

- Act as secondary primary interface between business, technology, and leadership.

- Partner closely with Product Owners, Data Engineers, Analysts, Architects, and Business Stakeholders.

- Provide regular status updates, dashboards, and executive reports.

- Manage stakeholder expectations and change requests.

d) Team Leadership :

- Lead cross-functional teams (Data Engineers, Analysts, Architects, QA).

- Foster collaboration, accountability, and high performance.

- Support resource planning and capacity management.

Mandatory Skills :

- 8-12 years overall experience with 3-5+ years in Delivery / Program Management

- 5+ years as Scrum Master in Agile environments

- Experience delivering Data Engineering, BI, Analytics, or AI projects

- Strong knowledge of ETL/ELT, Data Warehousing, BI, and Data Governance

- Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps

- Strong stakeholder, risk, and cross-functional team management skills

- Experience managing distributed or offshore teams.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field

- Scrum certification : CSM / PSM / SAFe Scrum Master.
