Experience Level : 15 20+ years (with strong AI/ML delivery leadership experience).

Role Overview :

The AI Delivery Excellence Lead is responsible for driving end-to-end excellence in the delivery of AI and data-driven solutions across the organization.

This role ensures AI initiatives are delivered on time, at scale, with high quality, measurable business impact, and ethical compliance.

The leader will establish delivery standards, governance, best practices, and operating models while working closely with business, technology, and data teams.

Key Responsibilities :

AI Delivery & Program Leadership :

- Lead delivery of complex AI/ML, GenAI, and advanced analytics programs across multiple business domains.

- Own AI delivery governance, including planning, execution, risk management, and value realization.

- Ensure alignment between business objectives, AI use cases, and technical execution.

- Oversee multi-vendor and cross-functional delivery teams (data scientists, ML engineers, product managers, architects).

Delivery Excellence & Operating Model:

- Define and implement AI delivery frameworks, best practices, and standards (Agile, MLOps, DevOps, Model Lifecycle).

- Establish KPIs, success metrics, and quality benchmarks for AI initiatives.

- Drive continuous improvement in time-to-value, scalability, and reliability of AI solutions.

- Standardize AI solution lifecycle: ideation ? PoC ? pilot ? production ? scale.

AI Governance, Risk & Compliance:

- Ensure AI solutions comply with responsible AI, ethics, privacy, and regulatory requirements.

- Define governance models for model validation, bias detection, explainability, and monitoring.

- Partner with legal, security, and compliance teams to manage AI risks.

Stakeholder & Executive Engagement:

- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and business stakeholders.

- Translate complex AI concepts into clear business outcomes and executive-level insights.

- Drive adoption and change management for AI-driven transformation.

Talent & Capability Development:

- Build and mentor high-performing AI delivery and engineering teams.

- Identify skill gaps and support upskilling in GenAI, MLOps, cloud AI platforms, and data engineering.

- Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and delivery excellence.
