- The AI Delivery Lead will be responsible for end-to-end delivery of AI-led IT services engagements across one or more client accounts.

- This role combines strong delivery governance, stakeholder management, and a solid understanding of AI/data technologies to ensure predictable outcomes, high customer satisfaction, and scalable execution.

Key Responsibilities :

- Own end-to-end delivery for AI-driven programs, including scope, cost, schedule, quality, and risk management.

- Lead multi-disciplinary delivery teams across data engineering, analytics, AI/ML, and platform services.

- Act as the primary delivery interface for client stakeholders, ensuring alignment on outcomes and expectations.

- Translate business objectives into delivery plans, milestones, and execution roadmaps.

- Establish and govern delivery metrics (on-time delivery, quality, utilization, margins, CSAT).

- Manage delivery risks, dependencies, and escalations proactively.

- Drive delivery excellence through standardization, automation, and best practices.

- Partner closely with Sales, Solutions, Architecture, and Account Management teams to support growth and renewals.

- Ensure compliance with security, data privacy, and enterprise delivery standards.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 15+ years of IT services delivery experience, with significant experience leading large, complex programs or accounts.

- Strong background in managing data, analytics, and AI-centric delivery programs.

- Working knowledge of AI/ML concepts, data platforms, cloud ecosystems, and modern delivery models.

- Proven experience managing large, distributed, and cross-functional teams.

- Strong program governance, financial management, and delivery reporting skills.

- Excellent client communication, stakeholder management, and executive-level presence.

Nice to Have :

- Experience delivering GenAI, ML, or advanced analytics programs.

- Exposure to Agile / SAFe / hybrid delivery models.

- Prior role as Program Director, Delivery Director, or Account Delivery Head in AI or data services.
