We are looking for a visionary Head of Delivery to lead the end-to-end execution, commissioning, and customer acceptance of cutting-edge Renewable Software Products. You will spearhead the deployment of Plant Automation, SCADA, and Energy Management Systems (EMS) across a multi-gigawatt global portfolio spanning India, the Middle East, and CIS countries.

Key Responsibilities :

- Global Execution : Drive end-to-end delivery of renewable software solutions, ensuring seamless installation and commissioning at utility-scale sites.

- Technical Governance : Lead Factory & Site Acceptance Testing (FAT/SAT/UAT) and ensure 100% alignment with international Grid Code Compliance.

- Integration Excellence : Oversee the integration of BESS (Battery Storage), Solar PV, Wind, and Hybrid Power Plants with advanced industrial control systems (PLC/RTU).

- Stakeholder Leadership : Act as the primary technical interface for global EPC partners and utility customers, managing cross-functional engineering and QA teams.

- Standards & Safety : Uphold the highest benchmarks in Cybersecurity (ICS) and industrial communication protocols (IEC 61850, Modbus, OPC UA).

What We Are Looking For :

- Experience : 18+ years of total experience, with at least 8 years specifically in Renewable Product Commissioning/Delivery and 10+ years in a leadership capacity.

- Education : B.E./B.Tech or M.Tech in Electrical, Power Systems, or Automation Engineering.

- Domain Expertise : Deep knowledge of SCADA, EMS, and ESS/BESS integration.

- Geographic Exposure : Proven track record in managing large-scale projects across diverse international markets (specifically ME and CIS regions).

- Technical Edge : Hands-on familiarity with industrial protocols and plant synchronization.
