Delivery Head - LMS Domain

Job Summary :

We are looking for a highly experienced Delivery Head with strong expertise in the Loan Management System (LMS) domain. The candidate will be responsible for managing and delivering multiple large-scale projects, ensuring high-quality execution and driving client satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background across both backend and frontend technologies, along with excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple Loan Management System (LMS) projects

- Manage large cross-functional teams including developers, QA, DevOps, and project managers

- Ensure timely delivery, quality, and adherence to project scope and budget

- Define project plans, timelines, and resource allocation

- Drive Agile/Scrum practices and delivery governance

- Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring smooth project execution

- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders for requirement gathering and delivery updates

- Ensure best practices in architecture, coding, security, and compliance (banking/financial domain)

- Oversee system integrations with third-party platforms (payment gateways, credit bureaus, etc.)

- Mentor senior team members and build high-performing teams

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 15+ years of experience in IT delivery, with strong exposure to Loan Management Systems (LMS)

- Proven experience in managing multiple large-scale projects simultaneously

- Strong hands-on experience in backend technologies (Java, .NET, Python, Node.js, etc.)

- Good understanding of frontend technologies (React, Angular, JavaScript, HTML, CSS)

- Experience in banking/financial services domain

- Strong knowledge of system design, microservices architecture, and APIs

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)

- Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines

- Strong understanding of data security, compliance, and regulatory standards

- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience working with NBFCs, Banks, or FinTech companies

- Knowledge of loan lifecycle (origination, underwriting, servicing, collections)

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
