Role Summary:

Lead the technical design, development, integration, data migration, testing, and deployment of Oracle Fusion Cloud solutions across ERP, HCM, SCM, and related modules.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations.

- Manage planning, technical design, development, testing, and deployment.

- Provide technical leadership across Oracle Fusion modules.

- Design and develop integrations using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), and middleware.

- Develop/customize Oracle Fusion solutions using BI Publisher (BIP), OTBI, and Fast Formulas.

- Lead data migration/conversion using FBDI, HDL, and other Oracle tools.

- Translate functional requirements into technical solutions.

- Ensure coding, security, performance, and scalability best practices.

- Mentor junior technical consultants/developers.

- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and support post-go-live activities.

- Maintain technical design, integration, and customization documentation.

Must-Have Skills:

- 7+ years Oracle applications experience and 3+ years Oracle Fusion Cloud experience.

- Tech Lead experience on 2+ full-cycle Oracle Fusion implementations.

- Strong expertise in OIC, BI Publisher, OTBI, REST/SOAP, FBDI, and HDL.

- Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, XML, JSON, security setup, role-based access, and Oracle Fusion data security.

Preferred:

- Healthcare industry experience.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent.
