Role Summary:

Lead functional tracks for Oracle Cloud ERP Financials implementations, acting as the SME for core Financial modules and working directly with clients on requirements, solution design, configuration, testing, data migration, and deployment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead functional tracks on Oracle Cloud ERP engagements.

- Provide SME expertise across: General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Tax, Collections, Expenses, Fixed Assets (FA), and Cash Management (CM).

- Lead Chart of Accounts redesign and analyze financial reporting requirements.

- Support month-end and year-end close processes and apply accounting principles to functional solutions.

- Lead client workshops, requirements gathering, gap analysis, and recommend solutions for functional gaps.

- Document gaps, issues, solution processes, and process flows.

- Map client business processes to Oracle Cloud processes and configure Oracle Cloud Financials modules.

- Support financial-data migration from legacy systems and prepare functional designs for technical objects.

- Develop test scenarios, test scripts, and lead Unit, Integration, and Acceptance Testing.

- Coordinate testing schedules, data preparation, completion, and accuracy, and facilitate knowledge transfer.

Must-Have Skills:

- Minimum 5 years ERP implementation experience with 2+ full-cycle Oracle Cloud implementations as Module Lead.

- Strong Oracle Cloud Financials expertise in GL, AP, AR, Expenses, Tax, Collections, FA, and CM.

- Strong accounting knowledge and business-process consulting experience.

- Proficiency in gap analysis, solution design, global design workshops, system integration testing, training, and production deployment.

- Strong customer and stakeholder communication skills.

Good to Have:

- Exposure to Budgetary Controls, Encumbrance Accounting, SCM, and Project Portfolio Management.

- Ability to work with onsite/offshore teams and willingness to travel.

- Primary profile: Oracle Cloud Financials Functional Lead/Consultant.

- Strong GL/AP/AR + accounting background is critical.
