We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in database technologies. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise as a DBA combined with solid business analysis skills.

Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and problem- solving abilities are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities :

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to database systems.

- Collaborate with technical teams to translate business needs into technical specifications.

- Analyze and interpret complex datasets to support business decision-making.

- Review and validate ERDs, data models, and relational schemas.

- Contribute to data warehousing projects and ensure data integrity.

- Prepare detailed requirement documents, functional specifications, and workflow diagrams.

- Support stakeholders with insights, reports, and database-driven recommendations.

Required Skills & Experience :

Technical Skills :

- Very strong SQL skills (querying, optimization, troubleshooting).

- Good working knowledge of PL/SQL.

- Strong understanding of Data Warehouse concepts.

- Ability to read and analyze ERDs and understand

Business Analysis Skills :

- Ability to understand and translate business processes into system requirements.

- Strong analytical and documentation skills.

- Experience in preparing BRDs, FRDs, use cases, and user stories.

Communication :

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to engage effectively with both technical and non- technical stakeholders.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.

- 5 years of real-time experience in BA + Database domain.
