We are seeking a seasoned Senior Manager Information Technology to lead and strengthen our enterprise IT ecosystem.

Role Overview :

This is a leadership role responsible for end-to-end IT operations across infrastructure, cloud platforms, information security, service management, and collaboration tools.

The role will ensure high availability, security, compliance, and seamless technology experience across the organization.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage IT infrastructure, cloud, network, and security operations

- Define and drive cloud and hybrid environment strategy across Azure and AWS, including containerized environments and AKS

- Oversee Microsoft 365, endpoint management, and IT service delivery aligned with ITIL best practices

- Strengthen information security, governance, risk management, and compliance frameworks

- Ensure system availability, performance optimization, and business continuity

- Mentor, manage, and scale IT support and operations teams

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to align IT initiatives with organizational goals

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 810 years of overall IT experience, with 35 years in a leadership or managerial role

- Strong hands-on and strategic expertise in :

- Azure & AWS cloud platforms

- FortiGate firewalls and network security

- Microsoft 365 and endpoint management

- ITIL-based IT service management

- Proven experience in IT infrastructure optimization, security management, and compliance

- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills

- Strategic mindset with the ability to build scalable and future-ready IT environments
