Role Description :

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Lead UI/UX Designer located in Gurugram. The Lead UI/UX Designer will be responsible for applying design thinking principles to create user-centric designs, conducting user research, and developing wireframes and prototypes.

The designer will collaborate with various departments to ensure cohesive and impactful visual and user experience designs that align with the company's goals and client needs.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and deliver advanced dashboards, data visualizations, and interactive UI components for web and mobile platforms.

- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and data teams to translate complex requirements into intuitive user experiences.

- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.

- Apply user-centered design principles to develop engaging and functional interfaces.

- Maintain design consistency across products while following brand guidelines.

- Conduct UX research, usability testing, and iterate designs based on feedback.

- Design marketing creatives and visual assets when needed.

Requirements :

- 6+ years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design.

- Proven expertise in designing complex dashboards and data visualizations.

- Strong graphic design skills with knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).

- Proficiency in tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools.

- Experience working with cross-functional teams in Agile environments.

- Excellent portfolio demonstrating UI/UX and dashboard design projects.
