Job Overview :
The Junior IT Infrastructure Administrator will support the implementation, management, and maintenance of our IT infrastructure, including user endpoints such as Windows & MAC laptops, ensuring its availability, reliability, and performance.
The ideal candidate will have foundational knowledge or initial experience with AWS, Azure, Linux server environments, networking technologies, cloud solutions, AI/ML infrastructure, and end-user troubleshooting.
Job Description :
- Assist in managing, monitoring, and maintaining cloud infrastructure on AWS and Azure platforms under guidance, focusing on security, scalability, and optimal performance.
- Support essential IT operations, including operating systems, security tools, applications, servers, email systems, laptops, desktops, software, and hardware.
- Assist in performing regular infrastructure health checks, updates, and security patches across servers, applications, and cloud environments.
- Support AI/ML infrastructure requirements, including GPU instances, model deployment environments, and AI workload monitoring.
- Assist in implementing and maintaining SysOps practices including automation, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure as code (IaC) tools.
- Help monitor system performance metrics, logs, and alerts using SysOps tools and dashboards.
- Support containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and orchestration platforms under supervision.
- Participate in Service Improvement Projects and Initiatives under supervision.
- Support compliance with company policies, security protocols, and best practices for system and data protection.
- Assist in monitoring and reporting on Security Dashboards, IT & Security Metrics, and Risk Registers.
- Help in improving the IT Security Posture and Participate in Internal and External Audits.
- Assist with Procurement, Invoicing, and work with Vendors on Supply Chain and Logistics activities.
- Support deployment and maintenance of AI-powered IT tools and automation solutions.

- Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with willingness to learn.
- Basic hands-on experience or knowledge in End point Troubleshooting and IT Operations.
- Familiarity with Service Desk Systems and Tools.
- Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts and infrastructure requirements is an added advantage.
- Interest in learning automation, scripting, and SysOps methodologies.
- Basic understanding of IT Security & GRC Domain is an added advantage.
- Interest in creative design and content writing related to Information Security.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
- Basic knowledge in Scripting (Python, PowerShell, Bash) is an added advantage.
Should have :
- 1 to 3 years of experience as System Administrator, Network Administrator, IT Support, SysOps Associate, or in a similar role.
- Basic working knowledge or exposure to AWS, GCP, or Azure Platform.
- Familiarity with AWS SysOps tools (CloudWatch, Systems Manager, CloudFormation) or Azure equivalents is desirable.
- Proficiency in Windows Platform is Must.
- Linux and Mac would be an advantage.
- Foundational knowledge of networking concepts and technologies (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, LAN/WAN, firewalls).
- Basic understanding of configuration management tools (Ansible, Terraform) is a plus.
- Exposure to monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack) is beneficial.
- Awareness of AI/ML platforms and GPU computing environments is an added advantage.
- Certification in any of the Technologies (Microsoft, AWS, Cisco, ITIL, AWS SysOps Administrator Associate) is desirable but not mandatory.
- Basic knowledge of System security, data backup/recovery, and Patch Management.
- Understanding of version control systems (Git) and CI/CD concepts.
- Flexibility to work in different work shifts as required.
