Job Overview :

We are seeking an experienced DealHub Consultant to lead the design, architecture, and implementation of DealHub CPQ solutions as part of large-scale Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) transformations.

This role requires a strong blend of technical and functional expertise, hands-on implementation experience, and the ability to work closely with customers and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Drive and define solution architecture, resource requirements, budgets, and project workflows for DealHub CPQ implementations.

- Design, validate, and implement DealHub CPQ solutions aligned with business requirements.

- Work closely with customers, internal stakeholders, and technical teams to deliver robust, scalable, and flexible CPQ architectures.

- Develop prototypes, proofs of concept (PoCs), and architecture roadmaps to support solution design.

- Ensure solutions are scalable, high-performing, and meet overall business objectives.

- Lead and support end-to-end CPQ implementations as part of Q2C transformations.

- Troubleshoot complex technical and functional issues to ensure smooth business operations.

- Guide and mentor technical teams to deliver high-quality solutions on time.

- Manage activities across multiple projects while adhering to strict timelines and quality standards.

Required Qualifications & Experience :

- 10-15 years of overall relevant industry experience.

- 4+ years of hands-on experience as a DealHub technical-functional consultant, delivering successful CPQ implementations.

- Strong experience designing and implementing CPQ solutions within Q2C transformation programs.

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

- Hands-on experience across the full SDLC including design, prototyping, configuration, development, testing, and deployment.

- Strong understanding of web technologies, databases, object-oriented programming, and SDLC methodologies.

- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with cross-functional teams and customers.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Technical Skills :

- DealHub CPQ (mandatory).

- Experience with Q2C workflows and integrations.

- Hands-on configuration and implementation of CPQ solutions.

- Experience with DealHub DealRoom and DealHub Billing is a strong plus.
