Role Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Dayforce professional to administer, configure, and support the Dayforce HCM platform. The role involves working closely with business stakeholders to ensure efficient operation, system enhancements, and user support.

Key Responsibilities :

- Administer and maintain the Dayforce HCM platform.

- Configure and support Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Time & Attendance, Recruiting, Learning, and Performance modules.

- Perform system configuration, troubleshooting, and production support.

- Manage workflows, business rules, security roles, and user administration.

- Develop reports and dashboards using Dayforce reporting tools.

- Support system upgrades, testing, and deployments.

- Collaborate with HR, Payroll, IT, and business teams to gather requirements and implement enhancements.

- Ensure data integrity and provide end-user support.

Requirements :

- Hands-on experience with Dayforce (Ceridian) HCM.

- Experience in configuration, implementation, and production/application support.

- Good understanding of Core HR and other Dayforce modules.

- Experience in system administration, issue resolution, and client/stakeholder interaction.

- Willingness to work from Gurgaon.
