This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced industry professional with strong core technical skills to join and add value to a dedicated and friendly team. We are looking for a Lead PHP Developer who is driven by the art of programming. As a core member of the Development Team, the candidate will take ownership of the project(s) by working independently with little supervision.

The ideal candidate is a highly resourceful and innovative developer with extensive experience in the layout, design and coding of applications specifically in PHP. You must also possess a strong knowledge of web application development using Web 2.0 technologies.

Key Responsibilities :

- Work with Product Managers to architect the application class diagrams, methods and userflow.

- Writing program code and delivering unit tested working solutions along with a documented codebase.

- Hand hold and Lead team of software developers to deliver the architected solutions.

- Be a key input to technical specification, architecture and technical decision-making.

Distinguished Skills (To Have) :

Must Have :

- Domain knowledge

- Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC).

- Knowledge of Core PHP & mySQL.

Technical Knowledge :

- Extensive knowledge and experience in OOPs and MVC development.

- Team Handling & Problem Solving

Good to Have :

- Working experience in development using Yii PHP framework.

- Working experience on ERP modules (Strong Understanding of ERP Development).

- Should have worked with Product Based Companies.

- Working at Architect Level.

- Good understanding Scrum.

- Update about new technologies and traits.

- Knowledge of Git.
