Job Title : Associate Product Analyst

Qualification : B.Tech or higher in CS / IT fields

Experience : 1 to 2 Yrs.

Location : Meerut, Partapur, Delhi Road ( Uttar Pradesh)

Work Timing : 10 : 00 AM - 06 : 30 PM ( Two Saturday Off)

Reporting To : Assistant Product Manager / Product Manager

Job Purpose :

The ideal candidate can understand user workflows, think logically about system behavior, and document requirements clearly to reduce ambiguity and rework during development.

Key Responsibilities :

- Create clear and structured product documentation (PRDs/BRDs, user stories, workflows, acceptance criteria).

- Identify assumptions, edge cases, and dependency impacts.

- Assist in feedback consolidation.

- Support product modules involving users, roles, permissions, and approvals.

- Ensure functional consistency across web and mobile platforms.

Requirements :

- Strong documentation and written communication skills.

- Ability to structure requirements clearly using workflows, use cases, and acceptance criteria.

- Working understanding of :

1. User workflows and role-based access

2. Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)

- Ability to understand technical discussions at a functional level.

- Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Tableau/Power BI, Excel/Google Sheets.

- Distance : ~70 km from Delhi, ~40 km from Ghaziabad, 55 km from Noida

- Connectivity : NH 58, Delhi Meerut Expressway ( 45-50 Min), railways ( 50-60 Min), and Metro/Rapid connectivity ( 30-40 Min) from Delhi and Noida.
