About the Role :

We are looking for a Senior 3D Artist with strong expertise in creating high-quality, realistic human characters for immersive, AI-driven applications. The role involves end-to-end ownership of 3D modeling, texturing, rigging, animation, facial lip-sync, and VFX, working closely with technical and AI teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create photorealistic human characters from concept to final render

- High-end 3D modeling, sculpting, and PBR texturing

- Rigging & skinning for realistic body and facial movement

- Character animation & facial lip-sync (dialogue-ready assets)

- Integrate assets into Unity & Unreal Engine environments

- Work on VFX, lighting, shaders, and cinematic quality outputs

- Collaborate with technical teams to align assets with AI, CV, and simulation pipelines

- Optimize assets for real-time and immersive applications (XR, simulations, metahumans)

Must-Have Skills :

- 5+ years of professional experience as a 3D / Character Artist

- Expert in Blender, Unreal Engine, Unity

- Strong knowledge of VFX pipelines and realistic rendering

- Hands-on experience with rigging, animation & facial lip-sync

- Proven ability to create high-class, realistic human figures

- Solid understanding of technical workflows, pipelines, and asset optimization

Good to Have :

- Experience with Metahuman-style workflows

- Knowledge of motion capture (MoCap) / facial capture

- Basic understanding of AI, computer vision, or real-time engines

- Experience working on films, immersive simulations, XR, or digital humans

Work Model :

- On-site: Gurugram (preferred)

- Freelance: Must be based in DelhiGurugram and available for in-person meetings when required
