Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage engineering teams delivering and supporting CRM, data platforms, and products/services, using Salesforce, Azure, Google Cloud, Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.

- Own technical feasibility and end-to-end delivery, ensuring solutions are scalable, practical and aligned with business needs.

- Lead hiring, coaching and development of engineers, with a strong focus on building high-performing teams and engineering capability.

- Provide technical leadership, solution architecture and design.

- Drive operational excellence, continuous improvement and delivery effectiveness across projects and products.

Experience and Qualifications :

- Experience as a senior engineer and as an engineering manager.

- Delivers outcomes with efficiency and minimal wasted effort.

- Plans, organises, schedules and budgets in an efficient, productive manner.

- Demonstrates tenacity and willingness to get things done.

- Engineering, ways of working, modern software engineering, operations, risk management.

- Experience designing solutions and architecture.

- Experience with integrations and data migration.
