- Configure and manage Datadog products including APM, RUM, Logs, Metrics, Synthetics, Dashboards, and Service Maps.

- Develop and maintain monitoring solutions for applications and infrastructure, ensuring full observability.

- Create and manage custom dashboards and implement synthetic monitoring for proactive issue detection.

- Define, track, and manage SLOs and SLIs to ensure service reliability.

- Set up and optimize log management and troubleshooting processes using Datadog.

- Collaborate with DevOps and application teams to integrate Datadog with CI/CD pipelines and improve system health monitoring.

- Configure alerting systems for prompt issue detection and resolution.

- Document best practices, configurations, and troubleshooting methods; provide training to internal teams.

Qualifications :

- Minimum of 4 years of experience with Datadog, including APM, RUM, Logs, Metrics, Synthetics, and SLOs.

- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and modern infrastructure (containers, Kubernetes).

- Experience with scripting or automation tools (e.g., Python, Bash).

- Good troubleshooting skills and the ability to analyze system performance.
