Role & responsibilities :

- Support the creation of automation test strategies aligned with business goals and focused on predictive, intelligent testing.

- Design, build, and maintain stable, reusable automated tests using UiPath tools and other enterprise frameworks.

- Drive test automation activities for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM platform.

- Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines such as GitLab to enable rapid and reliable releases.

- Collaborate with cross-functional feature teams, Business Analysts, and stakeholders to refine testing scope and incorporate quality throughout the entire development lifecycle.

- Apply regulatory and compliance standards relevant to the financial sector within all testing and delivery processes.

- Create user documentation and artifacts that ensure consistent, repeatable automated testing practices.

- Incorporate early testing feedback loops and promote iterative improvements during early development stages.

- Identify risks, propose mitigation strategies, and engage appropriate teams for troubleshooting and resolution.

Preferred candidate profile :

- Strong hands-on experience with UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, Test Manager, and the UiPath Test Suite.

- Practical experience with Selenium or similar automation frameworks.

- Proficiency in C# (Java experience also considered beneficial based on project needs).

- Solid understanding of Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.

- Experience working with CI/CD environments, especially GitLab.

- Strong analytical thinking and ability to interpret complex information.

- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to explain technical topics clearly to non?technical stakeholders.

- Creative problem-solving skills with an innovative mindset.

- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively, multitask, and meet deadlines.

- Proactive in identifying risks and issues and collaborating with stakeholders to address them.

- Skilled at troubleshooting by finding and engaging the right technical resources.
