We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Data Governance Specialist with a proven track record of implementing and managing Data Governance solutions, specifically utilizing the Collibra Data Governance Center. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in defining, establishing, and promoting robust data governance practices across the organization, ensuring data quality, compliance, and effective metadata management.

Key Responsibilities :

- Collibra Implementation & Configuration : Lead and execute hands-on implementation of Data Governance solutions using the Collibra platform. This includes designing, configuring, and maintaining Collibra assets, operating models, user roles, and security setups.

- Workflow Development : Design and configure complex Collibra workflows using the built-in tooling (e.g., Activiti BPMN engine or Workflow Designer) to automate data governance and stewardship processes (e.g., data quality issue resolution, new asset requests, policy approvals).

- Metadata Management & Data Cataloging : Implement strategies for metadata management and data cataloging within Collibra, ensuring business and technical metadata are accurately captured, linked, and searchable.

- Data Governance Framework : Apply a strong understanding of core data governance principles, including data classification, data quality management, and data lifecycle management, to enhance the existing framework.

- Collaboration & Adoption : Collaborate closely with data owners, data stewards, business users, and technical teams to drive adoption of governance policies, processes, and the Collibra platform.

- Policy & Standards : Support the creation, documentation, and enforcement of enterprise data standards, policies, and procedures, ensuring alignment with regulatory and internal compliance frameworks.

- Data Stewardship : Facilitate the definition and operationalization of the data stewardship model, ensuring stewards are effectively utilizing Collibra tools to manage their data domains.

- Compliance : Maintain knowledge of and adherence to relevant compliance frameworks (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA) and internal data security policies.

Desired/Good-to-Have Skills :

- Collibra Ranger certification or equivalent advanced training.

- Experience integrating Collibra with other enterprise systems (e.g., data quality tools, data lakes, BI platforms).

- Experience with other data governance or quality tools (e.g., Informatica EDC/IDQ, IBM InfoSphere).

- Familiarity with cloud data platforms (e.g., Azure Data Factory, AWS Glue, Google Cloud Dataproc).
