Key Responsibilities :
- Develop predictive models using machine learning techniques to forecast customer behavior and optimize marketing campaigns, enhancing customer LTV.
- Conduct in-depth data analysis using SQL and other tools to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business improvement, informing strategic decisions.
- Design and implement data-driven solutions to address complex business challenges, improving operational efficiency and profitability for our clients.
- Communicate analytical findings and recommendations to stakeholders through clear and concise presentations and reports, enabling data-informed decision-making.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to deploy and scale machine learning models into production environments, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
- Evaluate and refine existing models to improve accuracy and performance, maximizing the impact of data-driven insights.
Required Skillset :
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement machine learning models for predictive analytics, driving measurable business outcomes.
- Proficient in SQL and data manipulation techniques, enabling efficient data extraction, cleaning, and transformation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business problems into data-driven solutions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Experience with statistical modeling and data visualization tools, facilitating data exploration and insight generation.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment, managing time effectively and meeting deadlines.
