Data Scientist - Predictive Modeling

Responsibilities :

- Act as lead data strategist, identifying and integrating new datasets to enhance product capabilities.

- Conduct analytical experiments to address business challenges across different domains.

- Collect, clean, and validate large structured and unstructured datasets for accuracy and usability.

- Develop algorithms, machine learning models, and predictive systems to extract value from data.

- Perform error analysis and refine models for improved reliability and precision.

- Analyse datasets to identify patterns, trends, and actionable insights.

- Work with software developers and machine learning engineers to deploy analytical models into production.

- Translate complex results into reports, dashboards, and presentations for decision-making.

Requirements :

- 2+ years of experience in data science or a related field.

- Strong background in data mining, statistics, and mathematical modelling.

- Advanced expertise in predictive modelling and pattern recognition.

- Proficiency in SQL, Tableau, Excel, and programming languages such as Python, Java, or SAS.

- Ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic, research-oriented environment.

- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.

- 2+ years of project management experience.

- Professional certifications in data science or related domains.
