You will work in a hybrid setup from our Bangalore office, closely collaborating with cross-functional teams to solve real-world business challenges using data.

Key Responsibilities :

- Work on data modeling, cleaning, transformation, and feature engineering to support analytical and ML pipelines.

- Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations that support decision-making.

- Develop predictive models and algorithms to optimize operational efficiency.

- Work with large datasets, structured and unstructured, from diverse sources.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into analytical solutions.

- Communicate findings through compelling storytelling and data visualizations.

- Ensure best practices for data integrity, privacy, and compliance are followed.

Skills and Qualifications :

- 35 years of professional experience in Data Science, ML, or Advanced Analytics.

- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.

- Experience with ML libraries like Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.

- Solid understanding of statistics, data wrangling, and model evaluation techniques.

- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data into actionable insights.

- Prior experience in operations or supply chain analytics is a plus.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
