Job Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Scientist / Senior Machine Learning Engineer to design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in data modeling, ML algorithms, and cloud-based deployment environments.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop, train, and optimize machine learning models for real-world applications

- Design and build scalable data pipelines (ETL/ELT)

- Work with large datasets to extract insights and improve model performance

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements

- Deploy and monitor ML models in production environments

- Ensure data quality, integrity, and security across pipelines

- Optimize performance of models and data workflows

Required Skills :

- Strong experience in Machine Learning & AI model development

- Proficiency in Python and SQL

- Hands-on experience with data pipeline development (ETL/ELT)

- Experience with cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, or Databricks

- Familiarity with ML deployment tools such as SageMaker, Azure ML, etc.

- Strong understanding of statistics, algorithms, and data structures

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience in handling large-scale distributed systems

- Knowledge of MLOps practices

- Exposure to data visualization tools

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

- This is a Work From Office role in Pune

- Candidates must be comfortable relocating/working from Pune
