Role Brief :

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Scientist to join our growing data and analytics team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in machine learning, data pipelines, and analytics tools, with proven experience in Python, SQL, and cloud platforms like AWS. You should be able to work independently as an individual contributor, driving end-to-end data modeling, analysis, and deployment of scalable AI solutions.

Role Responsibilities :

- Data Pipeline Development : Design, build, and maintain ETL pipelines and big data workflows using Python and tools like SQL (ClickHouse).

- Machine Learning & AI : Develop, train, and deploy ML models and AI solutions for predictive analytics and business insights.

- Data Analysis & Visualization : Analyze complex datasets and create interactive dashboards using BI tools like Tableau.

- Cloud Infrastructure : Leverage AWS for data storage, processing, scalable computing, and model deployment.

- Database Management : Work with SQL (including ClickHouse) and other databases to ensure efficient data querying, optimization, and integrity.

- Code Management : Use GitHub for version control, branching, and collaboration on data projects.

- Testing & Deployment : Validate models, set up CI/CD for data pipelines, and deploy solutions on cloud or on-premises infrastructure.

- Collaboration : Partner with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to deliver data-driven business solutions.

- Documentation : Create clear technical documentation for models, pipelines, APIs, and analytical processes.

Eligibility Criteria :

- Minimum 3 years of professional experience as a Data Scientist.

- Strong hands-on knowledge of Python for data processing and scripting.

- Proficiency in SQL (including ClickHouse) and database optimization.

- Expertise in AWS for cloud-based data workflows and deployment.

- Experience with machine learning, AI frameworks, ETL pipelines, and big data technologies.

- Familiarity with BI tools like Tableau for visualization and reporting.

- Experience with GitHub and deployment tools.

- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong problem-solving skills, logical thinking, and a proactive mindset.

- Prior exposure to fintech or stock market related projects will be an added advantage.
