Job Description :

We are hiring a Data Scientist with strong experience in Generative AI and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) to build AI-powered automation solutions for health claims processing systems.

The candidate will design and deploy production-grade GenAI applications using Google Cloud Vertex AI and Gemini to process unstructured medical documents and improve claim validation accuracy and adjudication turnaround time.

Technical Responsibilities :

- Build and deploy AI agents using Gemini (Pro/Flash) and Vertex AI Agent Builder

- Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines

- Implement Vector Search and embedding-based retrieval

- Use Document AI / Vision AI for medical document parsing (OCR + structured extraction)

- Perform prompt engineering, model evaluation, and fine-tuning

- Deploy scalable AI microservices using Cloud Run / GKE / Cloud Functions

- Integrate AI APIs with healthcare systems and BigQuery

- Optimize performance, latency, and monitoring of GenAI workflows

Mandatory Skills :

- 57 years of experience in Data Science / Machine Learning

- Minimum 1 year hands-on experience in Generative AI on GCP

Strong hands-on with :

1. Vertex AI (Pipelines, Model Registry, Studio)

2. Gemini API

3. Vertex AI SDK

4. LangChain or similar LLM orchestration framework

Experience with :

i. Embeddings and Vector Databases

ii. RAG architecture

iii. BigQuery

iv. API development and deployment

- Strong Python programming skills

Good to Have :

- Healthcare / Insurance domain exposure

- Experience with compliance-driven AI systems

- Experience handling large-scale production ML systems
