Role Overview :

We are looking for Generative AI Data Scientists (Analyst level) to work on AI-led transformation initiatives for Financial Services clients. The role involves building GenAI-powered solutions, applying advanced analytics, and working closely with business stakeholders to drive impactful, data-driven outcomes.

Key Responsibilities :

Generative AI & Advanced Analytics :

- Design and develop GenAI solutions using LLMs, RAG pipelines, prompt engineering, and agent-based workflows

- Build and deploy machine learning and AI models for customer analytics, risk analytics, and personalization

- Work with large-scale financial datasets (customer, transactional, behavioral data)

- Develop recommendation systems, CLTV models, and cross-sell/upsell strategies

Business & Consulting Delivery :

- Work closely with banking and financial services clients to identify use cases and translate business problems into AI solutions

- Deliver data-driven insights for customer engagement, risk, marketing, and operations

- Present findings and model outputs to client stakeholders and senior leadership

Data Science & Engineering :

- Collect, clean, and analyze structured and unstructured data

- Deploy models into production environments and implement monitoring frameworks

- Build dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate insights

Required Skills & Experience :

- 3 - 5 years of experience in Data Science / AI / Analytics

- Strong hands-on experience in Generative AI (LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, agentic workflows)

- Exposure to Banking / Financial Services / Fintech domain is preferred

- Experience working in a consulting organization (analytics consulting / financial consulting / technology consulting)

Technical Skills :

- Strong programming skills in Python and SQL

Experience with :

- Machine Learning and Statistical Modeling

- NLP / LLM frameworks (LangChain, OpenAI, HuggingFace, etc.)

- Data visualization and reporting tools

- Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP) is a plus

Functional Skills :

- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking

- Excellent stakeholder communication and presentation skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced consulting environment

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience in customer analytics, risk analytics, or marketing analytics

- Exposure to design thinking, business process optimization, and strategy consulting

- Degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or related field
