Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Data Scientist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and deploying machine learning models, analyzing complex data sets, and communicating insights to stakeholders.

Responsibilities :

- Collect, analyze, and interpret large data sets to identify trends and patterns

- Develop and deploy machine learning models to solve complex business problems

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements

- Communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders through reports, presentations, and visualizations

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in data science and machine learning

Requirements

Technical Requirements :

- 3+ years of experience in data science and machine learning

- Strong expertise in machine learning algorithms, including supervised and unsupervised learning

- Experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras

- Strong understanding of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation

- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js

Soft Skills :

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

- Strong communication and collaboration skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

- Ability to adapt to changing requirements and priorities

Nice to Have

- Experience with big data processing technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or Flink

- Experience with agile development methodologies

- Certification in data science, machine learning, or related fields
