About the Role :

We are hiring a Data Scientist / Analytics Consultant to work on large-scale healthcare and patient-level data and deliver insights that drive clinical and business decision-making.

This is a hands-on analytics role involving data processing, predictive modeling, and stakeholder communication, ideal for candidates with experience in healthcare/pharma analytics and real-world datasets.

What Youll Do :

Healthcare & Patient Analytics :

- Work with claims, EHR, lab, and pharmacy datasets to generate patient-level insights

- Perform patient journey analysis (treatment patterns, disease progression, line-of-therapy)

- Build longitudinal patient views across multiple datasets

Data & Modeling :

- Write complex queries using SQL and Python on large datasets

- Develop and validate machine learning models (regression, classification, clustering, survival analysis)

- Apply statistical techniques to solve real-world healthcare problems

Insights & Business Impact :

- Translate data into clear, actionable business and clinical insights

- Build presentations, dashboards, and reports for stakeholders

- Communicate complex analysis to non-technical audiences

Collaboration :

- Work with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders

- Contribute to problem-solving, solution design, and delivery

What Were Looking For :

Mandatory :

- 4+ years of experience in Data Science / Analytics / Decision Sciences

- 2+ years in Healthcare / Pharma domain

- Strong experience with patient-level datasets (claims, EHR, lab, pharmacy)

- Hands-on experience in patient journey analysis & advanced analytics

- Strong skills in Python and SQL

- Experience with predictive modeling (ML techniques)

- Ability to translate analysis into business/clinical recommendations

- Experience working with cross-functional or client-facing teams

Mandatory Conditions :

- Company Background : HealthTech / PharmaTech / LabTech / Life Sciences companies

- Education : Bachelors degree in Data Science, Statistics, Public Health, Epidemiology, Biostatistics, Computer Science, or related field

- Work Mode : Hybrid (WFH flexibility - 6 days/month)

- Compensation : CTC includes 10% variable pay

Good to Have :

- Masters degree in a relevant field

- Experience with Power BI / Tableau / Looker

- Exposure to advanced healthcare analytics use cases
