Job Summary :

HT Digital is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Data Scientist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be a data wizard with a passion for uncovering insights from large datasets. You will be responsible for analyzing complex data, building machine learning models, and driving data-driven decision-making across the organization. This role requires a deep understanding of statistical analysis, machine learning techniques, and a strong programming background.

Key Responsibilities :

- Conduct in-depth exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in large datasets.

- Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models, with a focus on unsupervised learning techniques such as clustering.

- Utilize your expertise in SQL to extract and manipulate data from various sources.

- Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into data science problems.

- Create and maintain analytical data cohorts to support modeling and experimentation

- Communicate findings and insights to both technical and non-technical audiences through clear and concise reports and visualizations.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in machine learning, deep learning, and data science.

Qualifications :

Education : Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) in Computer Science Engineering (CSE) or a relevant field from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 institution.

Experience : A minimum of 4-5 years of hands-on experience in a data science role.

Data Handling and Analysis :

- Proven experience in handling and analyzing large volumes of data.

- Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.

- Expertise in Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) and data visualization techniques.

Machine Learning and Deep Learning :

- In-depth knowledge of machine learning and deep learning concepts.

- Hands-on experience with ML/DL frameworks such as PyTorch and TensorFlow.

- Strong understanding and practical experience with unsupervised learning techniques, especially clustering.

Soft Skills :

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

- A genuine curiosity and a desire to go in-depth to find nuances in data.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
