Role Overview :
As a Data Science Lead, you will spearhead the development and implementation of advanced analytical solutions to address complex business challenges.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders, to identify opportunities for leveraging data to improve decision-making and drive innovation.

Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of machine learning models and statistical analyses to solve business problems.
- Guide a team of data scientists in the application of advanced analytical techniques, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into data science projects.
- Communicate complex data insights and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in data science and machine learning, and evaluate their potential application to our business.
- Contribute to the development of data science best practices and standards within the organization.
- Mentor junior data scientists and provide technical guidance on projects.
Required Skillset :
- Demonstrated expertise in developing and deploying machine learning models using Python and related libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Proven ability to apply statistical modeling techniques to solve real-world business problems.
- Strong understanding of data modeling principles and experience working with large datasets.
- Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) and cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Solid understanding of NLP techniques and their application to text analytics.
- A Master's or PhD degree in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related discipline.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and adapt to changing priorities.
