Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager Data & Messaging with strong expertise in managing enterprise-scale Data Transformation and Messaging projects within the Banking domain. The ideal candidate should possess proven experience in end-to-end project delivery, stakeholder management, Agile execution, and governance management across large and complex programs.

The candidate will play a key role in driving strategic transformation initiatives involving Data Platforms, Messaging Systems, Data Integration, and AI-driven programs while collaborating with business, technology, and leadership teams across multiple geographies.

This role requires strong leadership, execution capabilities, communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams in fast-paced banking environments.

Key Responsibilities :

Project & Program Delivery :

- Lead end-to-end delivery of Data & Messaging transformation projects within the Banking domain

- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and deliverables

- Drive successful execution of enterprise-scale data transformation and modernization initiatives

- Ensure alignment of project objectives with business and organizational goals

- Monitor project progress and proactively address risks, blockers, and escalations

- Manage multiple parallel initiatives and cross-functional delivery teams

Agile & Delivery Management :

- Drive Agile delivery practices and participate in PI Planning activities

- Lead Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives, and Program Increment governance

- Collaborate with Scrum Masters, Product Owners, Engineering, and Business teams for smooth execution

- Ensure delivery quality, sprint commitments, and release management alignment

- Track delivery metrics, project health, and team performance indicators

Stakeholder & Governance Management :

- Manage stakeholders across multiple geographies including senior leadership teams

- Conduct governance forums, steering committee meetings, and executive reviews

- Provide clear, concise, and data-driven project updates and status reporting

- Drive communication between business, technology, and delivery teams

- Ensure alignment between program objectives, dependencies, and organizational priorities

Data & Messaging Transformation :

- Manage projects related to :

1. Data Platforms

2. Data Warehousing

3. Data Integration

4. Messaging Systems

5. Data Migration

AI & Analytics Initiatives

- Coordinate with technical teams working on APIs, messaging systems, ETL pipelines, and cloud data platforms

- Ensure scalable and secure data delivery frameworks within banking environments

Risk, Compliance & Quality Management :

- Identify project risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans

- Ensure compliance with banking regulations, governance, and security standards

- Maintain delivery quality and adherence to project management best practices

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across delivery processes

Required Skills & Expertise :

- Strong Project Management and Program Delivery experience

- Mandatory experience in Data Projects within Banking or Financial Services domain

- Strong understanding of :

5. AI & Analytics Concepts

- Hands-on experience working in Agile environments

- Exposure to PI Planning and scaled Agile frameworks

- Strong risk management and problem-solving capabilities

Preferred Skills :

- Experience in enterprise banking transformation programs

- Exposure to cloud-based data platforms and modernization initiatives

- Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, or Azure DevOps

- PMP, Scrum Master, SAFe, or Agile certifications preferred

- Knowledge of Banking Technology ecosystems and regulatory environments

Eligibility Criteria :

- Experience : 5+ Years

Qualification :
