- Lead and manage the Data Operations team responsible for data collection, enrichment, validation, and delivery.

- Implement and monitor data quality metrics, identify discrepancies, and drive process improvements.

- Collaborate with Engineering to ensure smooth data integration, automation, and process scalability.

- Work with Product and Business teams to define data requirements and ensure the data supports business objectives.

- Mentor and train the team on data tools, QA methods, and best practices.

- Manage vendor relationships for external data sources or enrichment platforms.

- Drive innovation by identifying automation opportunities and leveraging tools such as SQL, Python, or BI platforms.

Qualifications :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.

- 7 to 10 years of experience in data operations, data management, or analytics, with at least 4 years in a leadership role.

- Strong understanding of data governance, ETL processes, and quality control methodologies.

- Hands-on experience with SQL, Excel/Google Sheets, and data visualization tools

- Experience with automation tools like Python script is a plus.

- Excellent project management, analytical, and communication skills.

- Proven ability to manage teams, meet tight deadlines, and maintain high standards of data quality.

- Must be capable of working independently and delivering stable, efficient and reliable software.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

- Experience supporting and working with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience in SaaS, B2B data, or lead intelligence industry.

- Exposure to data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) and compliance practices.

- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional, global, and remote environments.
