We are looking for an experienced Data Migration Specialist with expertise in Oracle OPERA Cloud PMS and Central Reservation Systems (CRS) implementations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in hospitality technology deployments, hotel data migration, system configuration, and end-to-end implementation support across single and multi-property environments.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead data migration activities for Oracle OPERA Cloud PMS and CRS implementation projects.

- Support end-to-end PMS and CRS deployments, including property setup, configuration, and go-live activities.

- Coordinate hotel system implementations, property conversions, and brand transition projects.

- Plan and execute migration of hospitality data, including guest profiles, reservations, room inventory, rate plans, loyalty data, and other operational records.

- Perform data validation, reconciliation, and quality assurance to ensure data accuracy and integrity.

- Collaborate with business users, hotel operations teams, and technical stakeholders throughout the implementation lifecycle.

- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), issue resolution, and post-go-live stabilization.

- Track project milestones, risks, dependencies, and implementation timelines.

- Prepare implementation documentation, migration plans, and knowledge transfer materials.

- Provide implementation guidance and support during cutover and hypercare phases.

Required Skills :

- 7+ years of experience in hospitality technology, hotel operations, or PMS implementation.

- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle OPERA Cloud PMS.

- Experience implementing or supporting Central Reservation Systems (CRS) such as Sabre SynXis or similar platforms.

- Proven experience in hospitality data migration, system configuration, and deployment.

- Strong understanding of hotel operations, reservations, room inventory, rate management, and guest profile management.

- Experience coordinating implementation projects and working with cross-functional stakeholders.

- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
