Job Description :

SG IT is looking for a highly skilled Data Migration Lead to lead critical migration initiatives supporting SAP ECC to Oracle HCM & Datapay transformation programs.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end data migration activities for enterprise HR and Payroll transformation programs

- Drive migration strategy, planning, execution, and governance for SAP ECC to Oracle HCM & Datapay implementations

- Manage data mapping, data cleansing, transformation, validation, and reconciliation processes

- Work closely with business stakeholders, functional consultants, technical teams, and leadership to ensure successful migration outcomes

- Develop migration frameworks, methodologies, and best practices for large-scale enterprise programs

- Identify risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies throughout migration lifecycles

- Ensure delivery quality, governance, and alignment with project timelines and business objectives

- Provide leadership across cross-functional teams and support enterprise transformation initiatives

Required Skills & Experience :

- Strong experience in SAP ECC data migration projects and enterprise transformation programs

- Hands-on expertise in Oracle HCM and Datapay implementations

- Strong understanding of data mapping, transformation, cleansing, reconciliation, and migration methodologies

- Experience working with HR, Payroll, Workforce, or Enterprise Data domains

- Strong stakeholder management, communication, leadership, and delivery management skills

- Ability to manage complex migration programs involving multiple systems and business functions
