What You'll Do :

- Design, develop, and implement data solutions and analytics reports for Contact Centre with a primary focus on BigQuery.

- Collaborate with business units and stakeholders to gather requirements and provide project estimates.

- Oversee the full lifecycle of data engineering projects from inception to deployment.

- Manage legacy ETL processes and utilise Talend for data transformation.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data quality and integrity.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest GCP services and technologies.

What You Know :

- Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Data Engineer with a focus on GCP services.

- Strong proficiency in GCP services, mainly BigQuery

- Strong proficiency in SQL and large-scale data processing.

- Proficiency in Analytics Dashboard is a plus

- Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.

- Experience with real-time data processing and Contact Centre analytics

Education :

- Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, Computer

Applications, or related field
