Role Summary :

We are seeking a high-caliber Data Consultant/Lead to act as a strategic "Data PM" for a large-scale, global SAP S/4HANA greenfield implementation.

In this role, you will bridge the gap between technical data engineering and functional business processes, specifically within the OTC (Order-to-Cash) or PTD (Procure-to-Deliver) workstreams.

Rather than a pure technical developer role, this position requires a "Process-Oriented" leader who understands how data objects drive business value across the value stream.

You will be responsible for overseeing data migration, cleansing, and validation strategies, ensuring that the global ERP template is supported by high-integrity master and transactional data.

The ideal candidate possesses deep SAP functional knowledge and the "Influencing" leadership skills necessary to navigate complex, multi-country business requirements.

Responsibilities :

- Data Program Management: Lead the data workstream for global ERP initiatives, acting as the primary liaison between business process owners and technical migration teams.

- Process-to-Data Mapping: Define and document the relationship between value stream business processes and critical SAP data objects (e.g., Material Master, Business Partner, Info Records, Conditions).

- S/4HANA Greenfield Governance: Provide functional guidance for greenfield implementations, ensuring that data structures are optimized for S/4HANAs simplified architecture.

- Data Migration Oversight: Support end-to-end data migration activities, including extraction logic, transformation rules, and loading (ETL) governance.

- Cleansing & Validation Strategy: Design and execute data cleansing protocols and validation frameworks to ensure "Right First Time" data quality for go-live.

- Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner with OTC/PTD workstream leads to ensure that data requirements for pricing, logistics, and procurement are fully integrated into the global template.

- Stakeholder Management: Manage expectations across global business units, providing status updates on data readiness and risk mitigation.

- Validation & UAT Support: Lead business users through data validation cycles and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to confirm that migrated data supports functional process execution.

- Global Template Standardization: Ensure that local data requirements are harmonized into the global process template without compromising system integrity.

Technical & Functional Requirements

- SAP Functional Expertise: 5+ years of experience in SAP functional modules (SD/MM) with a specific focus on the data layer and object dependencies.

- S/4HANA Implementation: Proven hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA, preferably in a greenfield (new implementation) environment.

- Workstream Specialization: Deep domain knowledge in either Order-to-Cash (Sales, Billing, Pricing) or Procure-to-Deliver (Purchasing, Inbound Logistics, Warehouse Management).

- Data Object Mastery: Expert understanding of SAP Master Data (MDM) and Transactional Data relationships across global instances.

- Project Management Tools: Proficiency in using ALM tools, MS Project, or Jira to track data workstream milestones and defect remediation.
