Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced Data Architect to design and implement scalable, high-performance data architectures using Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Lake, PySpark, and SQL.

The ideal candidate will lead data integration, platform design, and governance initiatives while enabling AI/ML-ready solutions across enterprise systems.

Responsibilities :

- Design and implement scalable and high-performance data architectures aligned with business and technical requirements.

- Lead end-to-end Microsoft Fabric implementations, ensuring effective use of Fabric Pipelines, Notebooks, Lakehouse, and Power BI integration.

- Develop robust data ingestion, transformation, and orchestration solutions using SQL, PySpark, and Python.

- Architect and optimize data storage frameworks using Azure Data Lake, Azure SQL, Azure Databricks, and appropriate data modeling techniques.

- Ensure strong data governance practices, including data cataloging, lineage, metadata management, and data quality enforcement.

- Drive integration of enterprise systems such as ERP/CRM platforms, ensuring reliable and scalable data flows.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into data solutions and provide architectural guidance.

- Define and enforce data platform standards, best practices, and performance optimization strategies.

- Support the development of AI/ML-ready data environments through structured and well-governed data pipelines.

- Mentor engineering teams and oversee solution delivery to ensure adherence to architectural principles and enterprise standards.

Requirement :

- 8 - 12 years of experience in data architecture, data engineering, or enterprise data platform design.

- Proven experience in Microsoft Fabric implementation, including Fabric Pipelines, Notebooks, and Power BI integration.

- Strong command of SQL, PySpark, and Python for data transformation and orchestration.

- Proficiency in Azure Data Lake, Azure SQL, Azure Databricks, and data modeling (3NF, Dimensional, Data Vault).

- Deep understanding of data governance, cataloguing, and data quality frameworks.

- Exposure to enterprise-scale integrations involving ERP/CRM platforms (e.g., Oracle, Dynamics).

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are mandatory

Preferred Certifications :

- Microsoft Certified : Fabric Analytics Engineer Associate

- Azure Data Engineer Associate
